A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The request of the applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

1. B. At around 08:05 on the same day, the Defendant destroyed property equivalent to KRW 1.250,000,00 in the market price, which is an incidental bank owned by the victim, by emitting an entrance, which is a large glass without any particular reason, from “the point at which Citti Bank sub-sections are located on the first floor of the same building.”

3. The Defendant damaged public goods at around 08:20 of the same day, who was arrested as a flagrant offender and tried to move the patrol vehicle to a slope K affiliated with the JJ forces of the Seoul Yangcheon Police Station, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, to take the front side of the patrol vehicle on several occasions by walking the back seat glass of the patrol vehicle while arresting and moving the patrol vehicle.
