1. Of the Plaintiff’s claims against Defendant B, C, and D, the case is based on the Daegu Family Court’s judgment on the contributory portion 2015 Mau1006.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Family relationship G was married with H and formed the Plaintiff, Defendants, I, and J as children between them.
H died on May 10, 2007.
J married to Defendant E, had Defendant F and K as his child, and died on August 3, 2008.
G died on September 1, 2014.
(b) An inherited property G shall be recorded in the separate sheet at the time of death.
1. 86.9/102.9 Shares in real property and 2.3 shares in the annexed sheet;
3. The real estate (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant real estate”) was owned by all the said three real estate.
C. On October 20, 2014, the inheritance registration of each of the instant real estate on October 20, 2014, on the grounds of inheritance on September 1, 2014, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in proportion to the statutory shares of inheritance in the name of the Plaintiff, Defendants, I, and K.
(hereinafter referred to as “transfer registration of ownership of the cause of the instant inheritance”). List in the attached sheet

The share of real estate (G is 86.9/102.9 shares, L is 16/102.9 shares, and L is 16/102.9 shares, and the inheritance registration was completed only with respect to the shares of G is 912.45/6482.7 shares each in respect of the Plaintiff, Defendant B, C, D, and I, 391.05/6482.7 shares for Defendant E, and 260.7/6482.7 shares each in respect of Defendant F and K.

3. The shares which completed the inheritance registration with respect to real estate are 7/42 shares for the Plaintiff, Defendant B, C, D and I, 3/42 shares for Defendant E, 2/42 shares for Defendant F and K, respectively.
Defendant E, F, and K’s donation to Defendant B, C, D, and I by Defendant E, F, and K, as above, donated the inheritance shares of each of the instant real estate inherited from the deceased G to Defendant B, C, D, and I on November 11, 2014, and completed the registration of ownership transfer as follows:
