Criminal facts

(hereinafter “Korea Culture Promotion”), and again purchased merchandise coupons at discount from “J” or from “J” at the merchandise coupon retail store operated by I located in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju, and again purchased money from “J”, and used them as personal debt repayment, etc. by raising funds at discount from “J”.

In this regard, the defendant, in around 201, had a debt of the purchase price of merchandise coupons purchased from credit from merchandise coupon selling companies, and around May 201, the defendant did not have a debt of KRW 2 billion, and around May 201, the amount of merchandise coupons that the defendant did not have to pay to I in advance for merchandise coupons discount amounted to KRW 7-8 billion, so it was no longer possible to purchase merchandise coupons on credit from merchandise coupon selling companies or to continue transactions with I.

Accordingly, the Defendant, using the name plate and employee identification card of the KT kept in common, forged the employee identification card in the name of the KT and continued the transaction with the merchandise coupon selling company. Moreover, the Defendant, as the mobile communications agency agreement between the KT and the building owner expires, was used to supplement the Defendant’s lease deposit, etc. in order to supplement the damages incurred by the Defendant through merchandise coupon trading.

Meanwhile, from March 2012, the Defendant received a discount or merchandise coupon from the retail store of L in the Seo-gu of Gwangju, Seo-gu.
