A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On December 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Automobile Management Act at the Seoul Central District Court, and the Seoul Detention Center paroleed on September 30, 2013 during the execution of the sentence and passed on November 13, 2013.

[Criminal facts] No person shall change the odometer of a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, on May 2014, the Defendant: (a) linked the odometer3 or ENIMA to the OBD of the truck for traffic business at the request of F to change the odometer F150; and (b) changed the mileage of the truck from approximately 206,394 km to approximately 80,028 km by read odometer information with the equipment for traffic business; and (c) revising it.

In addition, from the above day to December 2015, the defendant changed the mileage of the motor vehicle 19 times in total, such as the list of crimes in the annexed crime list.
