Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On June 23, 2015, the Plaintiff submitted to the Defendant a written report on the construction of a structure with a height of 22 meters, length of 30.7 meters, and size of 675.7 square meters on the instant land, which is owned by B, C, D, E, F, and G (hereinafter “instant land”). On June 23, 2015, the Plaintiff submitted to the Defendant a written report on the construction of a reinforced concrete structure of 4,113 square meters in height (hereinafter “instant land”).

On June 25, 2015, the Defendant demanded the Plaintiff to supplement the “Report on Safety and Salvage Review”, and around that time, the Plaintiff submitted the “Report on Examination of Safety and Reinforcement of Omissions”, which was prepared by requesting the Defendant to the Defendant by the Jinjin Co., Ltd.
