Punishment of the crime

Around May 1, 2018, the Defendant, “2019 Man-Ma4064,” in the form of false statement, stating that “The purpose of the Defendant was to prevent the return of the existing debt, etc. even if he/she received money from the victim D as the source of investment in credit business, and even if he/she did not have any intent or ability to pay profits by operating credit business, he/she shall pay high profits to the credit business he/she operates, and return the principal at any time upon request of return.” The Defendant received KRW 10 million from February 21, 2017 to the above E account from June 29, 2018 to the victim, including the transfer of KRW 10 million to the above E account from February 21, 2017 to June 29, 2018 by the same method, and received KRW 276,1639,3934,305,305,000 won from the victims in attached Form 5 in the same manner.

"The defendant, around September 23, 2015, at G in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the defendant, the purpose of which was to prevent the transfer of existing debts, etc. even if he/she received money from the victim H for the purpose of investing in the credit business, and even if he/she did not have an intent or ability to pay profits from the operation of the credit business, he/she shall receive the victim's profits from 12% to 15% per month, and he/she shall receive the remittance of KRW 100 million per day from the victim in the same manner, including remittance of KRW 30 million from the victim, KRW 60 million on November 2, 2015, KRW 30 million on November 31, 2015, KRW 200 million on November 31, 2015, KRW 200 million on November 31, 2015, KRW 15.5 million on January 1, 2015, KRW 2015.5 million on the same day.
