1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. As the representative director of C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”), C owns a factory site of 13,131 square meters and its ground, and operates a business manufacturing automobile parts.

B. The Plaintiff is the owner of the real estate indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

The details of changes in ownership on the registry concerning the real estate of this case are as follows.

On July 21, 2005, 180/2135 2.7. 21 July 2005, 2005, the share of the registered titleholder in the registration date was partitioned into E on July 25, 2005, by the real estate (as of July 19, 2005, 335/2135 1) listed in attached Table No. 1 (as of August 25, 2005).

(2) On August 12, 2005, the registration date of the titleholder was the date of August 12, 2005, Plaintiff 2, as indicated in paragraph (2) of [Attachment 2] of [Attachment 2] of [Attachment 3] of the registration date of real estate (divided at F in Sungsung City, August 12, 2005) as indicated in [Attachment 2] of [Attachment 3] of the [Attachment 2] of the [Attachment 28, 2005, the registration date was the date of June 28, 1205, and 5204. 2, June 27, 2005, 10315/53/5204. C on June 28, 2005, and 201083/47. 36. 207. 36. 207. 37. 205/6. 37. 25, 2005

A person shall be appointed.

C. The Plaintiff and C completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant real estate lot as follows.

1) On June 28, 2005, July 25, 2005, the Plaintiff and C completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each portion of D forest 53,950 square meters and H 400 square meters prior to the subdivision. On March 14, 2007, C completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the partition on March 5, 2007 as to the whole of the above land. The land D before the subdivision was divided into D forest 21,510 square meters, I, J, and K and again divided into D forest 13,131 square meters, L, M, and N, and the land category of D was changed to the factory site on November 25, 2008.
