Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
1. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on Defendant A’s grounds of appeal in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, the lower court was justifiable in finding Defendant A guilty of the facts charged, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending
2. As to the prosecutor’s grounds of appeal, the lower court acquitted Defendant B on the ground that there was no proof of criminal facts as to the concealment of property among the facts charged in the instant case against Defendant B.
The judgment below
Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and records, the court below’s aforementioned measures are acceptable, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no violation of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.
3. All appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
