A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Criminal facts

around 2013, the defendant became aware of the victim D (8 years of age, women) who was a new person at the Crown-si in the Gyeonggi-si where the defendant was present.

The above defendant had the mind to commit an indecent act against the victim by using his well-groundedness.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Minorly Indecent Act);

A. On March 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around March 2, 2014, around the 2014.3.2, the Defendant saw the victim, who had completed the occupancy trial at the Cridge in the Gyeonggi Kimpo-si, with the toilet, to go to the victim with an unclaimed church toilet; and (b) put the victim into the victim’s entrance; and (c) put the victim’s hand into the victim’s entrance; and (d) put the Defendant’s hand into the part of the victim’s body and put the victim’s am.

B. On March 9, 2014, around March 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around March 9, 2014, around 13:00, she saw the victim, who had finished the process of occupation in the same place as the above paragraph (a) as a toilet, and took the victim into the church toilet with no way to take the victim, and (b) made the victim take the quality of the body, and then put the Defendant into the victim’s entrance.

C. Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on three occasions against the victim under the age of 13.

2. On March 23, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor similar act under the age of 13) intends to take the victim into account with a church toilet with the victim who completed an occupation-type trial at the same place as paragraph 1(a) of the same Article by making him/her go together with a toilet and making him/her speak.
