Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a representative director of the G organization (hereinafter “G organization”), and Defendant B and D are members of the above organization, and Defendant C is a member of the H organization, a related organization.
While the Defendants were working in the above “G organization”, the Defendants organized and separated the “K Federation (hereinafter, “the Victim Federation”)’s separate organization,” due to the conflict with Defendant A, and subsequently conspiredd to stop or neglect the victim’s association’s holding of a press conference related to the legal action against the victims of forced disciplinary action.
1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants
A. On February 2, 2016, the Defendants affected a structure: (a) distributed printed materials that slanders the victim’s federation at the victim I and J conference room at the 20th floor of the Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City L building; (b) distributed printed materials to the victim’s conference room at the victim I and J’s conference room at the victim’s conference room at the victim I and J level; and (c) avoided disturbance.
Accordingly, the Defendants infringed on the structure against the victims' will.
B. The Defendants interfering with their business by entering the press conference as above at the time of the day described in the preceding paragraph, and Defendant A made a statement to the panel and U.S. attorney who was enrolled in the future.
In the form of “hums”, “hums”, the panel’s face is humpted to interfere with the statement, and Defendant B, C, and D distributed printed articles to the audience to criticize the victim’s federation that had been prepared in advance after going to the inside and outside of the seat of the reporter’s meeting, and led the victims to “hums are an incorporated association with fraud,” and “hums are hums, hums, and humsing with frauds,” etc., so that they could avoid a disturbance, thereby preventing them from holding the reporter’s meeting.
Accordingly, the defendants are forced to visit the victims by force.
