A shall be punished by a fine of 2,00,000 won, Defendant B and C by a fine of 1,50,000 won.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who is engaged in red ginseng sales, and Defendant B is a family owner, and Defendant B is a two nesnes of the above A, and Defendant C is an insurance solicitor at H points in Sungnam-si G from November 2006, and the above B and C became aware of each other through the parent group.

Although Defendants did not contact with Defendant A’s husband, the husband of the said F (Death on March 9, 2014), the Defendants concluded an insurance contract with the said F as the insured, and conspired to prepare and submit an insurance contract by arbitrarily signing the said F without the said F’s consent.

1. Defendants’ joint criminal conduct

A. At around 14:00 on March 7, 2014, Defendant B introduced Defendant C to Defendant B at the house of Defendant B located in Seongbuk-si, Sungnam-si, 109 Dong 403, and Defendant A told Defendant C to enter into a life insurance contract with Defendant C as the insured. Defendant B stated that “F is currently informed and is unable to enter into an insurance contract because it does not have any health problems,” and Defendant B stated that “I believe it would not have any health problems, and would cause any harm to the insurance contract.” Defendant A signed his/her name in the contractor and beneficiary column of the “life insurance contract” and sent a mobile phone picture recorded by Defendant C in another document.

Accordingly, at around 15:00 on the same day, Defendant C signed the above F’s signature at the H branch office of H branch Co., Ltd., and entered “F” in the column of the principal insured of the above insurance contract, and signed at will next to that name.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to exercise one copy of the subscription for an insurance contract for the insured “F”, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
