1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiffs are the heads of the defendant church, which is a member of the E religious organization located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.

B. On October 4, 2015, the Defendant church president elected the Plaintiff A, who received 31 votes from 52 members among 55 members at the general meeting, as the president.

C. On November 1, 2015, the F pastor, which is the chief of the Defendant church, convened a temporary meeting, presented an opinion that the head of the Gu, who served as the chief of the Gu Council, should undergo the procedure of re-election, such as the case of reappointment, to appoint him/her as the chief of the Gu Council, and submitted an agenda that the resolution of election of the chief of the Gu Council would become invalid. In the temporary meeting, a resolution of invalidation of the resolution of election of the chief of the Gu Council was adopted on October 4, 2015, which was elected as the chief of the Gu Council.
