Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On July 8, 2013, the obligee of Article 1 (Purpose) of the Defendant’s Claim against the Plaintiff lent KRW 300,000,000 to the obligor and the obligor borrowed it.
Article 2 (Period and Method of Repayment) Payment shall be made in lump sum on November 30, 2013.
Article 3 (Interest) No interest shall accrue.
Article 8 (Joint Guarantee)
2. The maximum amount of the surety obligation of the surety is KRW 300,000,00.
Article 9 (Recognition and Recognition of Compulsory Execution) When the obligor fails to perform a pecuniary obligation under this contract, the obligor recognized the absence of objection against the obligee immediately through compulsory execution.

B.
