The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

At around 18:00 on October 31, 2018, the Defendant used the victim C (the age of 64) who was suffering from conflicts due to usual smoking problems at the street before the entrance of B apartment at Sinung-si, and the trial expenses, the Defendant used the victim's vessel 2-3 times with the end of the loss, and assaulted the chest fluor by 3-4 times with the flus.
