Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2014, the Defendant was present at the 65 Kimpo-si Criminal2 Team office of the 65 Kimpo-ro 795 Kimpo-ro, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, 795, and was investigated as the Defendant’s status, and reported false facts about C, and received favorable status in the case of the avoid of the charge of causing property damage.

Accordingly, although C did not have sold the Defendant, it stated that “C waited for police officers within Schlage, and C asked for punishment for damage by assaulting C with a blue blue blue,” to the slope D belonging to the Kimpo Police Station that attended the police station as the Defendant status and prepared the Defendant’s newspaper protocol, as above, and reported to the effect that “C waited for police officers within Schlage, and C asked for punishment for the injury by assaulting C as a blue blue blue blue.”

As a result, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having C receive criminal punishment.
