Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 23, 2015, at around 23:50, the Defendant: (a) boarded subway stations in Songpa-gu, Seoul, along with the victim D (n, 46 years old); (b) was on the taxi and seated through a marriage information company, with the intent of committing an indecent act by force against the victim; (c) the victim’s bucks are put in hand once; (d) the victim’s bucks are bucks that “bucks are pushed the Defendant with his blue with his blue,” and (e) the victim’s bucks are pushed the Defendant with his blue with his blue, and the victim bucks into the part of the victim’s blue with his blue.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

2. On October 24, 2015, on the alleyway located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 00:10 on October 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was a victim D (inns and 46 years old); (b) was released from the taxi as indicated in the preceding paragraph; (c) was willing to have the victim forcedly commit an indecent act after having taken the victim from the said taxi; and (d) the victim “the same person” was called as “the same person”; (b) her son’s son’s son was flick at one time; and (c) the victim flicks it

As we see, “the victim’s chest was rhyd with his finger, and rhyd with the victim’s chest, and tried to capture the victim’s chest with the victim’s inner part.”

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
