[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or financial benefits to persons who issued sports betting tickets or similar things and predicted the result thereof.
The Defendants, together with I (J), I (one name, one name, K (one name, one name, M), L (O), P (one name, Q), Q (one name, Q), and S, were in charge of the operation of an illegal private sports earth and entertainment site in China, and I and one name, "K" are in charge of the overall management of the above gambling site, P is in charge of the role of the manager of the above gambling site office, N, and the role of the manager of the above gambling site office, and N in the management of the corresponding game money in receipt of monetary payment from members of the above gambling site.
