A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. As a result, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle in a state where it is difficult to drive the motor vehicle normally due to the influence of drinking, and suffered from the victim C such as a knee's knee and a knee's knee's knee that needs to be treated for about four weeks.
