Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2019, at around 23:40 on June 23, 2019, the Defendant used the kitchen knife (34 cm in total length, 22 cm in length) which is a dangerous object in the Defendant’s vehicle (E Nenes car), and used the kitchen knife (34 cm in total length, 22 cm in length) in front of the “C” located in the Gumisi B, the Defendant got out of 200 meters depending on the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim as if he would endanger the victim's life or body.
