Punishment of the crime

On October 21, 2016, at around 02:30, the Defendants: (a) committed assault on the front side of “D” in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) the police officers belonging to the Dongdong Police Station E box called up after receiving a report of 112 from the witness residents; and (c) Defendant A took a bath to the police officer of the Seoul Dongdong Police Station E box called up upon receiving a report; and (d) attempted to take the F’s body in hand by taking a bath to the police officer (27 years old); (c) Defendant B took a bath to the police officer (the 25 years old), and obstructed the police officer’s duties by breaking, breaking, breaking, and pushing up the left hand of G with his hand, thereby interfering with the police officers’ duties.
