The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) by the court below is too unreasonable.

There are no new circumstances or special changes in circumstances that can be reflected in the sentencing after the pronouncement of the judgment of the court below, and furthermore, if the court below comprehensively takes into account the circumstances revealed in the reasons for sentencing, Defendant’s age, sex behavior, environment, and circumstances after the crime, it is not recognized that the sentence of the court below is too unreasonable.

Therefore, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
