A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant is a major shareholder who owns 100% of each shares of K Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “K”) and L (hereinafter “L”) (hereinafter “L”) that produce and supply steel stuffs to the treatment shipbuilding sea, such as “aground” (i.e., cable panel”) and “stept,” a support vehicle that renders an cable panel aground.

1. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) was committed by the Defendant using approximately 1,700 SUS 304, which is less than 1,700 won per 1 kilogramg, as a material, after manufacturing electric wires installed in the vessel to be used to withstanding vibration during operation, and supplying them to the victim treatment shipbuilding and ocean, and then using iron plates of 316 material.

Around January 2010, the Defendant: (a) laid off the SUS 304 surface purchased from Hyundai Steel with a width, etc.; (b) manufactured the above fluor cable displays; (c) then, as if he was under use 316 SUS 316; (d) by pretending that he was a long-term cable pole, the Defendant supplied 133 cables (265 km) in total amounting to KRW 2,547,916 (265 g) from the employees in charge of the victim treatment line to April 2013; and (c) obtained a total of KRW 156,251 (317,058 g) (317,058 g) from Hyundai Steel from Hyundai Steel to the total of KRW 316 to the total of the prices of the victims; and (d) by deceiving the employees in charge of the victim treatment line from 316 to the total of the prices of the marine products; and (e) by deceiving them from the victim.
