1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,710,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 6, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. The Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with a total of KRW 54,480,000 from April 8, 2016 to July 2, 2016, and the Defendant paid KRW 33,770,000 among them, and the fact that the remainder of the amount of the goods unpaid is 20,710,000 does not conflict between the parties.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the balance of the above goods 20,710,000 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 6, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the day when a copy of the complaint of this case was served on the defendant.

(1) The Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay at the rate of 6% per annum from July 3, 2016 to the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint is also claimed, but there is no evidence to prove that there is an agreement on the payment date of the above goods. Therefore, the above goods payment obligation constitutes an obligation for which no fixed deadline exists, and the damages for delay is calculated from the day after the issuance date of the copy of the instant complaint containing the declaration of intent to claim the above goods to the Defendant).
