1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is an organization having jurisdiction over the pension business of C (hereinafter “General Meeting”).

The plaintiff was in office as a pastor belonging to D religious organizations from May 1980, and was in office as an E church member from May 198, and as a pension holder of a general meeting, the payment period is 23 years and 9 months.

B. The Plaintiff reached the age of 65 on December 25, 2006, and continued to serve as a pastor from January 2007 to October 201, and received a retirement pension in accordance with the general assembly pension regulations. On October 30, 2011, the Plaintiff received a retirement pension after retirement, and the amount received is as shown in Table 1.

C. The main contents of the General Assembly pension regulations were amended on November 3, 2005, and approved by the General Assembly on the above amendment was made on September 2006, and the main contents were as shown in the separate sheet.

The plaintiff's salary class, the amount of monthly remuneration, and the amount of monthly payment according to the general meeting pension regulations shall be as follows:

38 salary class in 2006, 3,860,00 won for monthly remuneration, 425,000 won for monthly remuneration in 2005, 3,610,000 won for monthly remuneration, 36 salary in 2004, 3,340,000 won for monthly remuneration (10% for monthly remuneration), 36 salary in 2004, 3,340,000 won for monthly remuneration, and 334,000 won for monthly remuneration (10% for monthly remuneration).

The standard monthly wage of retirement pension which serves as the basis for calculating the plaintiff's retirement pension shall be 2,219,000 won calculated on the basis of the monthly remuneration in 206, and the inflation rate publicly announced pursuant to Article 4 of the General Assembly Pension Regulations shall be as follows:
