1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 25% per annum from September 14, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

In light of the following circumstances, Gap evidence Nos. 1, 3, and Eul evidence Nos. 1-1 to 14, the defendant purchased 13 parcels of land (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the land of this case") on February 28, 2015 in order to make profits from land development projects with C, and completed the registration of ownership on the land of this case on March 31, 2015, the defendant granted the right of representation to C regarding the development of the land of this case, the plaintiff transferred 10 million won to the account of the defendant on September 6, 2016, 300 won to the plaintiff on September 6, 2016, 100 won to the plaintiff on September 6, 2016, 2000 won to the above 10 billion won loan from C, 2.5 billion won loan of the above 1,000 won loan to the plaintiff on September 6, 2016, the plaintiff argued that the above 100 million won loan certificate was attached to the defendant's 2.

Therefore, the defendant's above 35 million won and its final loan date, as the plaintiff seeks, on September 14, 2016.
