Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 03:00 around December 23, 2016, the Defendant’s “production room of DNA music video works” operated by the Defendant in Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and 202, was not registered with the competent authorities as a business of singing practice, and received singing use fee (30,000 won per hour) from customers E and one other, and the same day. According to the documentary evidence records, E appears to have sing approximately one hour of singing and diving.

However, since it is determined that the identity of the facts charged is recognized and there is no possibility of actual disadvantage to the defendant's exercise of his/her right to defense, "0:00" is changed to 04:00 and recognized without going through amendments to indictment procedures.

Until now, sing has been engaged in singing practice business such as singing.

The term “production of music records and music video products” under Article 2 subparag. 8 of the Music Industry Promotion Act refers to a business of producing music records, etc. through the process of arrangement, singing, and mixing of music, etc. (the planning business) or a business of reproducing music records, etc. for the purpose of distributing them to many people and offering them for viewing.
