A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, with intellectual disability I(78 years of age, death of December 7, 2004), was pro-child of B (the 39 years of age), C (the 39 years of age), and his house around 193, was living alone, up to now. D, the Defendant’s spouse, neglected to care for B and C, and abandoned around December 193, and the Defendant became aware that around 1994 and C were abandoned.

1. Violation of the Disability Pension Act and fraud Defendant received 79,798,440 won in total by the same method, from February 20, 2019, as shown in attached Table 1, in total, 209, from a public official in charge of welfare in Gangseo-gu Office, in which his name is unknown on December 10, 200, as if he were to live together with a beneficiary B and C, who is a disabled person. On December 10, 2000, he received 450,000 won from the victim under the name of disability allowance from the Republic of Korea as the victim’s disability allowance.

As a result, the defendant, while receiving a false disability pension, deceiving the victim of the Republic of Korea, thereby deceiving 79,798,440 won.

2. The defendant violated the National Basic Living Security Act and the fraudulent defendant made a false statement to a public official in charge of the welfare of Gangseo-gu office, whose name is unknown on October 20, 200, when he/she received 22,000 won from the victim in the name of living benefits from the Republic of Korea as shown in the attached Table 2 of the Crimes List No. 2 until December 18, 2009, from that time, he/she received 4,752,496 won in total as living benefits for 85 times, as shown in the attached Table 2. On October 20, 200, he/she made a false statement to be paid 32,00 won from the victim under the name of living benefits from the Republic of Korea from that time on December 18, 2009, and received 32,000 won from the victim in total as shown in the attached Table 3 of the Crimes No. 1094, Mar. 24, 2009.
