The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. On May 16, 2016, there was no fact that the Defendant misunderstanding the fact once knife the victim's right shoulder as stated in this part of the facts charged.

B. The punishment of the lower court (the crime of No. 1 in its holding: imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months, 2 years of suspended sentence, and 2 of its holding: imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. The following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined in the court below's determination as to the assertion of fact are: ① the victim stated very specific and consistent in the case at the time of the instant case to the investigation agency and the court of the court below, including the victim's horse and behavior, response to the victim, etc.; ② The victim made a somewhat unclear statement in the court of the court below as to the circumstance in which the victim suffered a shoulder; however, the whole of the statements stated that "the victim suffered a bodily injury by cutting the knife and knife with the victim's head by knife and knife the knife with the victim's head by knife" was not significantly different from the initial statement; ③ the defendant also raised a divorce with the victim at the time of the instant crime; ③ the victim knife's head by knife and knife's head in the process of preventing the victim from suffering a shoulder; ④ the victim's intent to injure the victim's head by the victim's body.

In other words, the victim stated that "the victim shall inflict an injury on the right shoulder and sacrife base for treatment for about 14 days," and that "the victim shall carry out the preservation treatment and the right shouldering sacrife" as well as the date and time close to the point of occurrence of the injury in question.
