1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff’s change in the ownership of the land in dispute 1) As the Plaintiff died after the Plaintiff’s lighting G was deceased, the Plaintiff’s additional lighting division H was 12,298 square meters of I forest land owned by the deceased Kimpo-si (hereinafter “instant land”).
(2) On November 11, 1971, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the instant land on July 20, 1968 under the Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Real Estate, and completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the instant land on March 10, 1986, on March 10, 1986, on the part of Defendant B and M, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the instant land on March 8, 1986.
