On June 8, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.109%, was driving approximately 50 meters on the front road of the free meal station located in the same Masan Station in the same city as the same Masan Station in Changwon-si, Changwon-si on June 19:4, 2013.
