Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a singing practice room business operator who runs a singing practice room business with D2 floors in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.

1. Violation of the Music Industry Promotion Act, and the Defendant’s wife, in fact with the Defendant’s wife, violated the Defendant’s code of practice by allowing the Defendant’s wife E, who operates the above singing room, to sell the Defendant’s singing room business on March 19, 2013 at one (i) the above singing room, (ii) two (iii) the instant singing room’s to four (4) players, including customers F, and (iv) the instant two (iv) the instant singing room’s to four (v) the instant singing room, and (ii) the instant two (v) the instant hotel’s to four (v) the instant hotel’s to four (v) players, such as customers, and (v) the instant three (v) the customers, who were demanded to give a loan to customers, to provide entertainment to customers with dancing and singing.

2. At the date, time, place, as described in paragraph 1, the victim F (the 54-year-old age) was “I see. I see it before the police officer called “I see. I see. I see it.
