[Defendant A] Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive against Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On March 11, 2016, the Defendant driving a G rocketing car under the influence of alcohol of about 0.104% of blood alcohol concentration at the 3km section from the front of the F cafeteria located in Boan-si E to the front of the F cafeteria apartment located in Boan-si at the center of the same city.

B. At around 20:50 on March 11, 2016, the obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant: (a) discovered that police officers were under the influence of alcohol on the front road of the same rocketing apartment while driving the said rocketing car; (b) immediately stopped the said car; and (c) escaped from the point of control and opposite direction; and (d) even if the Defendant was demanded to take a drinking test from D’s policeman belonging to the Haan Police Station of the Chungcheongnamnam-gu Police Station, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, the victim who discovered and driven the Defendant, continued to have been in demand for a drinking test from D, the victim, who was the victim of the said car, went into the 178 East apartment at the center of Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and was on the top of the 3-distance distance of the Manan Driving School, which was located in the center of 187-666 of the same route; and (b) caused the victim’s escape to go beyond the floor, thereby causing approximately 2 weeks of the victim.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of police officers and criminal investigations, and at the same time injured the victim.

C. On March 18, 2016, from around 201 to 20th of the same month, the Defendant: (a) called “Ising to conceal the said rocketing car while under the influence of alcohol” as described in paragraph (1); (b) called “Ising to drive the said rocketing car by proxy; and (c) asked B to make a statement that I would be able to make a false confession.

Therefore, the Defendant had B B from March 20, 2016, from March 23:15, 201 to F at night on March 11, 201 when telephone conversations with the slope I belonging to the Boan Police Station.
