Punishment of the crime

On August 2013, 2013, Defendant A, who was aware of the Internet NVV Internet "PL" advertisement by the NVV Internet (one-person D office) and consented to the delivery of the passbook or cash card to KRW 100,000 won per a day on the face of the week by delivering the passbook or cash card from the bank (one-person D office). Defendant A, at the request of the head of the D office, was in charge of giving the name-unregistered person the passbook or cash card from the article of Kwikkset service, who is directed by the head of D office.

Defendant

A, after receiving a proposal from the early policeman on September 2013 to the date of withdrawal in cash from the Chief of the D Office, solicited the victims of the telephone fraud crime (one-time phishing crime) to withdraw the money transferred to the said account in cash and return it to the sender by the Chief of the D Office or to the account designated by the Chief of the D Office.

B, at around September 13, 2013, after receiving a proposal from Defendant A to withdraw cash, the head of the D office and the Defendant agreed to commit the crime together with the head of the D office and the Defendant by withdrawing the money deposited in the bank passbook or cash card from the Kwikset Service Secretary via Defendant A, under the direction of the head of D office to withdraw the money deposited in the bank passbook or cash card from the bank passbook or cash card.
