The grounds of appeal are examined.

For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court determined that all of the charges of this case against the Defendants were guilty.

The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the relevant legal doctrine and the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, the lower court’s aforementioned determination is justifiable, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation by violating the logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the interpretation of the latter part of Article 262(4) of the Illegal Acquisition and Criminal Procedure Act in embezzlement.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
