The appeal of this case is dismissed.

The Defendant, who is dissatisfied with the lower judgment and filed an appeal on February 14, 2013, and served a notice of the receipt of the trial record on February 27, 2013 by this court (the Defendant’s outer mother I received it at the Defendant’s dwelling), did not submit the statement of grounds for appeal by the lapse of 20 days from the date on which the Defendant received the notice of the trial record (the Defendant’s outer mother I received it), and did not state the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal, and no other reasons for ex officio investigation can be found even if examining records, so it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
