1. On June 7, 201, the Defendant against the victim B would give the victim B with interest at the “D” bank located in Jinju-si, Jin-si, Seoul, by KRW 100,000 per month for an investment of KRW 1 million, and, upon joining the gold fraternity, would give 10,000,000 won after ten months thereafter.

As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) received 280,000 won from the victim to the said agricultural bank account as a gold deposit on July 22, 2011; (c) and (d) received a total of 1,058,000 won from around that time to eight times as shown in the attached Table of Crimes List (2) from around that time; and (d) remitted money to the said agricultural bank account under the pretext of a deposit or an investment money.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 592" is the victim H at the defendant's house located in Gwangju-si around July 2015.
