A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2013, at around 23:30, the Defendant driven a B car under the influence of alcohol content of about 100 meters from the parking lot in the main station located in the Egylsi Cropic Cropic Cropic Station to the elmastal road located in the Egropic Jropic Cropic Cropic Station.
