1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 120,178,643 as well as KRW 31,100,260 among them, from April 30, 2016 to the day of full payment.

The cause of the claim (However, the creditor is the plaintiff, and the debtor is the defendant) is not in dispute between the parties, or can be recognized in full view of the whole entries and arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 9 (including the provisional number). Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff a total of KRW 120,178,643 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 17% per annum from April 30, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the date of final calculation of interest.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
