Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2012, the Defendant, at around 16:00 on June 25, 2012, said that there was a dispute between the Defendant and C with the victim’s family at the parking lot of Gyeongnam-gun.

승용차에 탑승한 아기를 태우고 시댁에 갈려는 것을 막으면서 발로 어깨 부분을 3회 가량 차고, 왼손 손목을 잡고 힘껏 잡아 당겨 피해자를 주차장 바닥에넘어지게 하여 피해자에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 양측 수부와 전완부 좌상을 가하였다.
