Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A [conscepting Relations] The Defendant: (a) carried out obscenity of obscene contents through an unspecified number of victims and smartphones; (b) threatened the victims with the victims to send the victims with his/her photo and self-consceptic image to the victims registered with the victim's cell phone contact contact number without remitting money; and (c) transferred money secured in advance from the victims to the account; and (d) introduced or sold the so-called "conscing of his/her body" crime; and (e) by introducing and selling the so-called "other conditions" to many unspecified victims.
