Reasons
1. Summary of the parties' arguments
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion was a person engaged in general construction business with the trade name of “C” and completed each construction work by concluding a subcontract on metal interior works between the Defendant and the Defendant on each construction site as listed in the following table in 2013.

B. The Defendant asserted that the Defendant raised an objection to the construction amount of the sn beam beam and the sn beam metal corporation immediately and requested the Plaintiff to submit a detailed statement of the calculation of the construction amount or to reduce the construction amount at an appropriate price. Since the Plaintiff did not make any particular assertion, the Defendant paid all the construction price as agreed implicitly on the reduction of the construction

There is no dispute between the parties as to the facts that the Plaintiff received from the Defendant the total sum of KRW 334,200,000 from the Defendant as the construction cost of each construction set out in the said Table, other than the sniven beam, the snive beam and the snive metal construction as to the cause of the claim, and that the Plaintiff received from the Defendant the construction cost of each construction set out in the said Table.
Furthermore, with respect to the construction cost of the sn beam beam and the sn beam metal corporation, each of the statements in Gap, Gap, Eul, Eul, Eul, and Eul, respectively.
