1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,484,927 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 5, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

A judgment based on the presumption of confession by applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act and the Defendant submitted a formal written objection even after being served with the original copy of the payment order, and did not submit a written answer, and therefore, the Plaintiff did not appear on the date for pleading. Therefore, it is deemed that the Plaintiff led to the confession of the Plaintiff’s assertion in accordance with Article 150 of the
