A. Article 2-2(a) of the judgment of the court of first instance provides that “Judgment on the claim for damages” (the fourth to fifth to 8 pages) shall be made as follows.

【A third party may not interfere with a couple’s community life falling under the essence of marriage, such as interfering with a couple’s community life by intervening in a couple’s community life of another person. Furthermore, in relation to the amount of damages, the period of marriage and family relationship between the Plaintiff and C, the circumstances leading up to an unlawful act between the Plaintiff and the Defendant (i.e., the Defendant was unmarried, and the circumstances leading up to the failure of the Plaintiff’s community between the Defendant and the Defendant.

The period and contents of the fraudulent act between C and the defendant, the impact of the defendant's fraudulent act on the marital relations between the plaintiff and C, the attitude that the defendant shown after the plaintiff became aware of the fraudulent act, the verbal abuse and intimidation, sexual harassment, insult, and this is thereby caused by the plaintiff.
