1. As to KRW 160,00,000 and KRW 10,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 160,000 from January 11, 2014 to May 9, 2018.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 160,000,000 won with 10,000,000 won per annum from January 11, 2014 to May 9, 2018; 5% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment; 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment; 5% per annum from January 11, 2017 to May 9, 2018; and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
