A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 7, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months for embezzlement in the Daegu District Court Port Branch of the Daegu District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 15th of the same month.

1. Joint crimes committed by the defendant, A and C;

Accordingly, the defendant, A, and C conspired to move pine trees from the area where the removal of pine trees is prohibited.
