1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 204,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 25, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. On July 13, 1992, the Plaintiff, who married with the Defendant on the day of marriage, was liable to pay approximately KRW 240 million to the Defendant who works as professional investors. Accordingly, on August 8, 2018, the Defendant prepared a loan certificate promising to pay the Plaintiff a total of KRW 24 million, and thus, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 24 million per annum from November 25, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint.
