Punishment of the crime

At around 10:00 on April 10, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim D (year 52) who was the chief of the department in charge of the above hospital, in order to lower the sound while hearing the mobile phone music in front of the third floor clinic of the hospital C in Young-gu, Busan, the 3rd floor clinic of the hospital, and made the victim take the two uniforms of the victim by hand, and exceeded the victim.
