A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant has committed the following crimes under the status that he/she has no ability to discern things or make decisions due to mental illness, such as compilation, reproduction, etc.:

"2018 Highest 2832"

1. Interference with affairs and refusal to leave on November 30, 2018;

A. On November 30, 2018, around 01:00, the Defendant obstructed the operation of the PC by the victim by force from around 13:35 on the same day, such as: (a) the victim C, operated by Sungnam-si A, and the victim C, with the first underground floor, sound from the PC bank to the mixed standard, and (b) the victim C, which read as “the change in money,” and (c) the other customers.

B. The Defendant, at around 13:35 on Nov. 30, 2018, was asked to interfere with his business as set forth in paragraph 1(a) of Article 1, and thus, was asked to go to the injured Party C, and the Defendant, for about 30 minutes without good cause, to leave the victim for a period of 30 minutes.

The Gu refused to comply with the Gu.

2. On December 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on December 23: 2018, the Defendant entered the “G Public Notice Board operated by the Victim F of the 8th floor of the Building E in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; and (b) demanded H, the general secretary of the said Public Notice Board, to send it to the Defendant; (c) without any particular reason, the Defendant she saw it on the floor as “5 million won to be added to the calculation of tax revenue and expenditure within the limit of 5 million won”; (d) laid down the trees trees located therein on the floor; and (e) interfered with the operation of the victim Public Notice Board by force for about 10 minutes.

3. On December 6, 2018, the Defendant of property damage: (a) around 06:10 on the roads in front of Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the front bus operated by the victim J without any particular reason; (c) opened the bus in front of it; (d) opened the bus in front of it, without any particular reason; (d) opened the bus in front of it; and (e) removed the bus in front of it; and (e) damaged KRW 18,000 for the repair cost by putting it down in his/her hand.

4. Before December 6, 2018, the Defendant of assaulted L L, a victim ging out within the Y station located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si around 14:45 on December 6, 2018.
