A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 23, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of confinement, etc. in the branch court of Suwon District Court on January 23, 2013, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on July 22, 2013.
