On June 6, 2017, at around 22:05, the Defendant driven B Poter II vehicles under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 2K on the road section of approximately 0.170% from blood alcohol level on the road from the Cheongcheon-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, to the front road of the Twit-ro 297 (U.S. A., the head of the Sincheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Incheon.
